Kawash Sadat currently serves as the Head of Risk & Compliance at Mutahid Microfinance Institution, a role he has held since 2017. With over 15 years of experience in the microfinance and banking sectors, he has held various senior positions since 2007, bringing deep expertise in operations management, risk management, and strategic planning.

Throughout his tenure at Mutahid, Mr. Sadat has played a key role in the organization’s significant growth, contributing to its transformation and success through strong leadership and a forward-thinking approach to risk and compliance.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from one of Afghanistan’s leading universities. In addition, he has participated in numerous international training programs and workshops, further enriching his knowledge in microfinance and operations management.
